不思議なことに、
誰もがドラッカーは自分のために書いてくれたと思います。
5年経ったらまたそのとき、自分のために書いてくれたと思います。
ドラッカー・ファンが１０人寄れば、それぞれが別のドラッカーをもっていることを知ります。
しかも、ドラッカーは新しいことを教えてくれるというよりも、考えていたことを確認してくれます。
そこから行動が生まれ、世の中が変わります。
元アメリカ・ガールスカウト連盟のヘッセルバインさんは、
いつもドラッカーは私のために書いてくれていると言いました。
ウィンストン・チャーチルは、無名の青年ドラッカーの処女作を取り上げて、
ドラッカーのすごいところは頭脳を刺激してくれるところにあると評しました。
つまりドラッカーは、それぞれのドラッカーです。
だから、もっとそれぞれのドラッカーを知りたいという者が集まって、
ネットと支部と勉強会からなるドラッカー学会という、学会らしくない学会をつくりました。
英文名は、ドラッカー・ワークショップです。
自他共に許すドラッカリアンの集まりです。
ドラッカー自身が設立を喜び、何でも協力しようと言ってくれました。
ドラッカーのいうように、小さく、シンプルに、超一流を目指して船出しました。
全国のドラッカリアンの方々、ご一緒しましょう。

It's a bit of a mystery; everyone thinks that Drucker wrote especially for him.
Five years pass by, but even still, it is as if he had written solely for him.
Ask ten different Drucker fans and you will receive 10 different accounts of Drucker.
Drucker does not teach us anything peculiar; he rather confirms what you are already thinking.
From there, actions are born and the world begins to change.
Former national executive director of the Girl Scouts of the USA, Frances Hesselbein stated that the leaders all over the world think
"He did it just for us."
In Drucker's younger years, before becoming famous, Winston Churchill picked up on his debut work and
stated that the amazing thing about him was his ability to start other minds along a stimulating line of thought.
In other words, there are many different "Druckers."
Therefore, those that want to get to know those different Druckers have gathered, and through the internet,
local councils and workshops, have created a very un-society-like society.
The English abbreviated name is "Drucker Workshop."
It is a meeting of confident Druckerians.
Drucker himself was delighted with our institution, and said he would cooperate in any way he could.
As Drucker says, "Small, simple and aiming for first class, we have embarked on this project."
All Druckerians across Japan, let's move forward together.
